Genoa: Pelagos Sanctuary Whale Watching Cruise

1.Genoa: Pelagos Sanctuary Whale Watching Cruise

★★★★★★★★★★4.2 · 806 reviews · 4 hours · from $51Our pick

Join a four-hour cruise from Genoa’s Porto Antico into the Pelagos Sanctuary. A biologist leads the search for striped dolphins, sperm whales, fin whales, beaked whales, and other marine life. The boat reaches deep water after about 30 minutes, then scans the sea patiently. English and Italian are offered, with German support possible on request.

“The trip was fantastic and we saw huge pods of dolphins multiple times! They were swimming under underneath and racing the boat- it was magical! Whilst we were not lucky enough to see wales on the day, the massive pods of dolphins more than made up for it! The pods were bigger than 25 dolphins at a time 🥰 we also saw loggerhead turtles. This was the best trip that I have been on with all the sightings. I thought it was excellent value for money and would highly recommend the trip!!!”

“The combo deal is good. Sadly we didin’t see any whales or dolphins on our day. They came forwards and gave us a free voucher for it.”
