Sail aboard a traditional wooden boat through Santorini’s caldera, hike Nea Kameni’s volcanic slopes, and swim near Palea Kameni. You’ll also stop at Thirassia for another swim. The basic cruise returns around 15:45. Add the Oia option for 2 to 3 hours in the village and sunset views, with bus transport afterward.
“This tour was a highlight of my visit - the team on the boat were friendly and the guide was passionate about the history of the islands and the volcano and he explained it very well! It is off-season so we had the crater and the thermal springs to ourselves - you do have to jump off the boat and swim over to them (this time of year the waters were lukewarm but still very nice!). The views are incredible!”
