“Significantly less people than on other ships and this was a big plus for me and also many other ships has no area for sades and this is crazy under the malta sun. This ship had a nice shaded but oppen air area. The crew is nice, you can buy drinks but not snacks onboard.”

You’ll see Santa Maria and Crystal Lagoon caves, then get about four hours at the Blue Lagoon for swimming and sun. The ride is bumpy, wet, and best for visitors who enjoy a little thrill.
“Speed boat was fast and bumpy as expected but gets you there and back in the quickest times. Caves were cool to see and get right in which was good for photos. Blue lagoon is mobbed ! No shade and you basically have to find a spot on the rocks, so 4/5hrs is a long time, so be prepared for that. There are food and drink vans and a toilet there. For a more comfortable experience at the lagoon, you might be better considering a boat you can lie on and jump directly in but it all depends what you want to do. I’d imagine the morning trip makes it…”

“Baso was the best guide we’ve come across ! He was fun, explained everything perfectly and really made the power boat ride exciting, his music choice was just right! Worth every penny for Baso. In Gozo when we got off we were told cafes don’t serve food until 3pm so we had a bus ride into the centre for lunch but we later found out this was not true and they serve breakfast in the cafes opposite the harbour.”
