You’ll stop at caves, quiet bays, and clear-water swimming spots, then spend about three hours at Krorez Beach. Bring your own food and drinks for the boat fridge, and expect music, snorkeling, sunbeds, and a fast ride.

Join Ava Boat Tours in Saranda for a 4 to 6 hour speedboat trip along Albania’s northern Riviera. With a maximum of 11 people, your captain, often Altin or Fabian, takes you to Gremina, Kakome, Soldiers Bay, Pllakator, Krorez Bay, Secret Beach, and a small cave. We were about 7 people on a speed boat and got taken to different bays where we could jump into the most amazing clear water and also had a 3 hour stop at Kroreza beach which definitely became our favorite beach around here. You can easily walk into the ocean and the water is super clear and refreshing. There are little bars there that offer some drinks and a small selection of food. All in all highly recommend!”

“Altogether we enjoyed it. There were 4 stops (3 with swimming). Just be aware of few things: • the sun bed on the island is not provided (just the umbrella), so take some beach towels to lay on. You can rent the beds for additional price. • on our journey the yacht was quite full and we got to sit in front, besides the anchor. Unfortunately nobody warned us that each time during the lowering and pulling up of the anchor it would be splashing oil all around. Our bag was damaged with oil stains. Also shoes but that we managed to clean as it was rubber. People sitting in…”

“The blue eye was an amazing view but please note if you plan on taking the train up to the blue eye it costs an extra 6 euros otherwise it is a 20 minute walk uphill and back again to return to the bus. Ksamil is beautiful, the beaches are definitely worth visiting but bear in mind food around the area is not halal.”
