Start with a sunrise balloon flight over the Lassithi Plateau, helping inflate the balloon before a gentle flight and Greek breakfast. Later, board a semi-private catamaran from Heraklion or Hersonissos for swimming, snorkeling, SUP, sushi, fruit, local wine, beer, and sunset views. Sergey and his balloon crew, plus the DanEri Yachts team, handle the day in English.
